You Call (Minute 0)
Live dispatcher answers within three rings. We confirm your address, ask about the water source, and give you safety instructions for the next 60 minutes. Crew dispatched immediately.
What you do: Cut power to flooded areas if safely possible. Stop the water source if you can. Photograph damage before moving anything. - 02
Crew Arrives (Minute 60)
Idaho-licensed technicians arrive with truck-mounted extractors, moisture meters, thermal cameras, and documentation tablets. We map every wet surface and give you a written scope before any work begins.
What you do: Walk through with the crew. Ask questions. Get the written assessment with realistic timeline. - 03
Extraction & Containment (Hours 1–4)
Truck-mounted extractors remove all standing water within hours. Containment barriers prevent contamination spread. Unsalvageable materials (saturated drywall, carpet pad) removed to expose wet framing for drying.
What you do: Stay clear of work areas. Take additional photos if you want your own records. - 04
Structural Drying (Days 1–4)
Industrial air movers and commercial dehumidifiers run continuously. Daily moisture readings documented to verify progress. Antimicrobial treatment prevents mold growth during drying period.
What you do: Equipment runs 24/7 — expect noise. We update you daily on progress and any scope adjustments. - 05
Mold Prevention (Days 3–5)
Once dry, EPA-approved antimicrobial applied to all affected surfaces. Air quality verification confirms safe conditions before reconstruction begins.
What you do: Nothing — we handle entirely. - 06
Reconstruction (Day 5+)
Drywall, flooring, paint, trim, and finishes replaced to match original. One crew handles entire project — no juggling subcontractors.
What you do: Pick paint colors, flooring options when relevant. Final walkthrough at completion.
